This website is operated by Miss Aisha, trading as Miss Aisha (legal name: Asha Aden), a company located in The Netherlands.

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Miss Aisha, the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4–11 and 15–25 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. Clauses 3 and 12–14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been accepted.

 • Payment Information: any details required for the purchase of Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, and IBAN codes.
 • Premises: our place(s) of business located in The Netherlands.
 • System: any online communications infrastructure that Miss Aisha makes available through the Website either now or in the future, including web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities, and email links.
 • User / Users: any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by Miss Aisha in the course of their employment.
 • Website: the website that you are currently using (www.missaisha.com) and any sub-domains unless expressly excluded by their own terms.
 • We/Us/Our: Miss Aisha, a company located in The Netherlands.

2. Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.

These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers procuring Services in the course of business.

 • Your order is a contractual offer; a binding contract forms upon sending a confirmation email.
 • If your order is not accepted, no payment is taken and pre-payments will be refunded.

14. Cancellation of Orders and Services
 • EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day the order is confirmed.
 • Immediate Course Access: By starting a course immediately (accessing lessons/resources), you waive the right to cancel. No refunds will be issued once access has begun.
 • If the course is not started, cancellation within 14 days is possible with a full refund. Contact info@missaisha.com.
 • Exceptions (technical delivery issues) will be handled case-by-case at our discretion.

15. Privacy
Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

27. No Guarantee of Results
 • No guarantees for learning outcomes, language test results, or fluency.
 • Progress depends on your effort, participation, and commitment.

28. Dispute Resolution and Mediation

 • If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
 • Governed by Dutch law; courts of The Netherlands have jurisdiction.

29. Certificates of Completion
 • Certificates issued only when all modules/assignments are completed.
 • Not formal academic qualifications; do not guarantee employment or specific language levels.

30. Force Majeure
Miss Aisha is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, internet disruption, government actions).

31. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
 • Accounts and materials must be used responsibly for personal education.
 • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
 • Content may not be copied, distributed, or publicly shared without permission.
 • Do not disrupt Website functionality or use for unlawful purposes.
 • Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

32. Marketing & Communication Consent
